he Vertical ETO Sterilizer is a specialized low-temperature sterilization system designed for the safe and effective sterilization of surgical instruments, sensitive medical equipment, and heat-sensitive materials that cannot withstand conventional steam sterilization. Using Ethylene Oxide (ETO) technology, the sterilizer provides reliable sterilization at controlled operating temperatures of 40°C to 55°C, making it suitable for temperature-sensitive applications.
The sterilizer is constructed with a robust SS 304/316 stainless steel chamber with a 6 mm thick chamber wall and a smooth mirror-finished internal surface for easy cleaning and maintenance. The outer body is available in a powder-coated finish or fully stainless steel 304 construction, providing durability and resistance to demanding operating environments.
Designed with both manual and automated operating options, the system incorporates pneumatic solenoid valves for automatic operation and a manual operating system as a backup in the event of an automation failure. The ETO cartridge is designed for safe operation, with the cartridge punctured inside the chamber only after the required negative pressure has been established. A pneumatic cylinder automatically performs the cartridge puncturing process, reducing operator intervention and enhancing safety.
The sterilizer is equipped with a heavy-duty 1 HP vacuum pump, compound gauge for monitoring vacuum and air pressure, and a digital display that provides real-time monitoring of temperature, time, and process status throughout the sterilization cycle. The integrated basket makes loading and unloading materials convenient and efficient.
