Operating on the downward air displacement principle, the autoclave ensures efficient removal of air with minimal steam and water consumption, delivering optimum sterilization. An integrated steam trap removes condensate and trapped air efficiently, allowing the chamber to reach sterilization temperatures more quickly. An optional steam generator feed water pump enables continuous, uninterrupted operation.
The centralized control system features a multi-port operating valve or solenoid valve for complete cycle control, along with dual exhaust speed options for flexible operation. A powerful ejector provides effective vacuum drying with minimal heat loss, creating a safer and more comfortable working environment.
Designed with comprehensive safety features, the sterilizer includes a self-locking safety door, heat-resistant silicone door gasket, low water protection system, pressure switches (electric models), vacuum breaker/dryer, safety valves, and a hydraulically tested pressure vessel rated at 2.5 times the working pressure, ensuring dependable and safe operation throughout every sterilization cycle.
