The doors are pneumatically sealed using a movable silicone rubber gasket to provide leak-proof operation and safe sterilization. An emergency manual opening mechanism ensures safe access during power failures, while built-in obstruction detection automatically reopens the door if an object is detected during closing.
VACUUM SYSTEM :The integrated vacuum system, consisting of a high-efficiency water ring vacuum pump and condenser, provides effective air removal from the chamber, resulting in superior steam penetration and reliable sterilization performance.
MATERIAL HANDLING :For convenient material handling, the sterilizer can be supplied with removable stainless-steel shelves and trays or loading carriages with heavy-duty trolleys manufactured from stainless steel or mild steel, ensuring easy loading and unloading of sterilization loads.
AUTOMATIC PROCESS CONTROL UNIT :The system features an advanced PLC or microprocessor-based automatic process control unit with optional SCADA integration and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Multiple programmable sterilization cycles enable precise process control, while manual operation backup ensures uninterrupted functionality whenever required.
