The Fully Automatic Vertical Triple-Wall Steam Sterilizer / Autoclave is a high-performance sterilization system designed for reliable and precise steam sterilization in microbiology laboratories, hospitals, quality control and research laboratories, and pharmaceutical industries. The unit combines robust stainless steel construction, automatic process control, advanced safety systems, and optional data-monitoring capabilities for consistent sterilization performance.
The sterilizer features a vertical triple-wall construction, with a SS 316 working chamber of 3 mm thickness, a 1 mm stainless steel outer cover, and stainless steel lid flange and bottom sheet. All joints are argon welded for strength and durability. A jointless silicone gasket and heavy-duty industrial flange heater provide dependable sealing and efficient heating during operation.
The fully automatic model uses a microprocessor-based digital temperature controller to automatically maintain process temperature and pressure. Automatic air purging, digital timing, steam exhaust, and low-water-level cut-off simplify operation while helping ensure consistent sterilization cycles. A PT-100 temperature sensor provides accurate temperature measurement, with a temperature range of +5°C to 125°C, resolution of 0.1°C, and accuracy of ±0.5°C.
The system operates within a pressure range of 15–22 PSI, factory-set at 15 PSI, and is equipped with a 0–30 PSI pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve, and steam release valve. The chamber is hydraulically tested up to 60 PSI to ensure pressure integrity and safe operation.
For enhanced safety, the sterilizer incorporates a chamber and jacket safety valve, automatic purging system, Water Level Control (WLC) system for heater protection, separate ball valves for water inlet and drainage, pressure release valve, and an audio-visual alarm that indicates cycle completion. A gauge glass allows convenient visual monitoring of the water level.
For documentation and process monitoring, an optional thermal printer with F₀ value calculation is available. Optional 21 CFR Part 11 and SCADA compliance can also be provided for applications requiring electronic records, process monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
